Here at Nurslink we are currently recruiting experienced Community nurses to support an NHS trust in the Birmingham area.

Location: Birmingham

Essential:

Band 5 or above.
Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Registered nurse with a current NMC pin
Relevant Nursing qualifications
Hardworking RGN/ RGN
6 months recent experience working as a Community nurse
2 clinical references that cover 3 years work experience
Valid DBS certificate

Responsibilities:

Carry out care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and symptom management.
Co -ordinate care and liaise with other healthcare professionals, community services.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of assessments, care plans, and interventions.
Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
