Here at Nurslink we are currently recruiting experienced Community nurses to support a number of NHS trusts across the London area.

Location: London.

Essential:

Band 5 or above.
Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Registered nurse with a current NMC pin.
Relevant Nursing qualifications.
Hardworking RGN/ RGN.
6 months recent experience working as a Community nurse.
2 clinical references that cover 3 years work experience.
Valid DBS certificate.

Responsibilities:

Carry out care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and symptom management.
Co -ordinate care and liaise with other healthcare professionals, community services.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of assessments, care plans, and interventions.
Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
