Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing an individual with an Acquired Brain Injury with support to access the community, to complete daily admin tasks, support to their hospital appointments, enjoy days out, bowling, eating out, cinema.

Responsibilities:

Provide support in accordance with individual care plans
Assist with behaviour management techniques
Provide person centred support with empathy, compassion, dignity an respect, always promoting independence and choice

Experience:

Prior experience in patient care preferred
Proficiency in behaviour management techniques
